1. Definitions

• "The Promoter" refers to BILLY OIRISH (@BillyOirish on TikTok and Twitch, @BillyOirishRacing on YouTube)
• "First Prize" consists of one year enrollment to iRacing at the discounted new subscriber rate or an iRacing Gift Voucher or 75 iRacing Dollars
• "Second Prize" consists of a 1-year subscription to Coach Dave Academy Delta

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible
• No purchase necessary
• One entry per person

3. How to Enter

• Follow @BillyOirish on TikTok and Twitch
• Follow @BillyOirishRacing on YouTube
• Comment "Freebies" on the TikTok Giveaway post
• Entry deadline: March 31, 2025, at 23:59 PM

4. Winner Selection

• Two winners (one for each prize) will be selected randomly via automated selection
• Winners will be announced after the end date
• The Promoter's decision is final

5. Prize Terms

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable
• No cash alternatives available
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value
